Cosmic Irony

I was pissed at a friend for still trying to justify the Iraq war and for not caring that we’ve finally hit the 4,000 dead soldier mark for a war we shouldn’t be fighting, so I wrote the following on my DeviantArt page. I think it’s a bit much, but people don’t understand how hard it is to live in an America that is unrecognizable from America that taught the ideals of equality, peace, humanity and justice.

Here it is:

4,000 soldiers dead in Iraq fighting the WRONG FUCKING WAR.

John McCain calls it “Sectarian Violence.” But what we really have accomplished four years after toppling Saddam is creating a CIVIL WAR. And he doesn’t even know what side we are on when he mistakes Shi’ites for Sunnis!!!!

And all this time, we could have been finding OSAMA BIN LADEN, the mother fucker the killed 3,000 of our citizens seven years ago!!!!

I can’t believe this shit. I’m so fucking angry. A soldier, a young boy, from my home town was put to rest just a few days ago. ONE OF FOUR THOUSAND.

How much more will Bush and the fucking Neo-Con Republicans cost America in their BLOOD FOR OIL WAR????? And they still let Exxon Mobile fucking GOUGE us while letting our public transportation go into disrepair.

And the half of the American people that vote Republican because Republicans promise lower taxes are nothing but FUCKING SHEEP.

Are your lower taxes going to help you when your job gets shipped over seas? Go ahead and let them tell you to blame it on illegal immigrants. Do you not like having a lower price of food?

How many American citizens are coming out of high school to become lima bean farmers? NOT VERY MANY. So tell me, who’s job is being stolen, then, if immigrants do the jobs you lazy pigs don’t want to do?

Fuck this. If I can beat the fucking fascist oligarchy that came to power in the early 1900’s and resurrected by RONALD FUCK UP REAGEN in the 1980’s, get an education (NOT A NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND EDUCATION, THAT’S FOR SURE) I’m getting the fuck out of America before it IMPLODES.

Because it is NOT the America I grew up with, where equality, humanity, and heroes were things to look up to.

The Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and Common Sense have all been ripped to shreds by these pieces of shit. And they’ve been doing it for years.

They are the Calvanists of the Gospel of Wealth that rose to power early last century.

Bush’s grandfather was a FASCIST. This is FACT. All they want is to control everything so they can have a large pool of low-wage workers to get rich on.

They do not believe in the American Dream. They just want people who are already wealthy to stay that way while they shit on the Middle Class until it is gone! And they call this “Taking personal responsibility.”

Guess what? There is still half of America that will fight for our freedom. Freedom from wire taps and government surveillance, freedom from oppression, freedom from the one-sided educational system the fascists are trying to create. Freedom from the rule of many by the few.

Down with the oligarchy! Get these fuckers OUT of office, before it’s too late! (unless it’s too late already)
